NIPPON PAINT ROOFGUARD 5L FOR ROOF TILES

Nippon Paint Roofguard is a highly durable water-based acrylic roof coating formulated with SolaReflect technology. It is long lasting, gives the roof a smooth low sheen finish and protects the roof against mould attack. Incorporated with SolaReflect Technology, Roofguard reflects a large amount of solar energy from the sun and able to reduce the surface temperature by up to 5°C*. This special property can lower heat buildup and subsequently decreases the energy needed for airconditioning. Uses • Premium roof coating for application on old and new unglazed clay roof tiles, masonry, concreate and metal roof. Not recommended for glazed tiles.
